 Here is my very embarrassing BEFORE youtube Video. I am looking rough right now, being sick, not getting enough sleep and looking fat, but I promised so here it is.

Please no rude comments…I know I’ve had better days. Your support and encouragement is greatly appreciated! For those who don’t know, I had a really bad Car

accident last year,  which tore up my knee, messed up my neck, back, and tail bone. I also had a bad concussion and short-term memory loss. My daughter

told me I looked like Quasimodo with the big bump on my head and also had big swollen black eyes from the blood draining from my brain.
